Joe is not (but wishes he were) a seafarer, a knife-fighter, an agricultural innovator, a marsh-dwelling fisherman, a poet hobo, a sponge diver, a swiss cowherd, a prison tattoo artist or an old guy who sips muscatel and plays bocci ball in the shade of trellised vines. |
